Academy House is an impressive building in Oxford Street that has been extended and the cladding has been replaced to create a prominent 1200 sqm retail unit with double height frontage and five floors of high-quality office space. Our assignment was to complete the Cat A fit out over the six floors including the retail area.
The extensive remodelling of Academy House was a challenging project that was completed on a very short timescale. Our engineers pride themselves on working to deadlines and client requirements to ensure a project is completed on time.

The Technical Bit
To achieve the highest BREEM accreditation we installed the TQ aspirated refrigerant gas detection system. We also supplied and installed the energy-efficient Daikin heat recovery VRV systems.
