A two phase project was completed at New Scotland Yard by Airtemp for Mace.

Phase 1

This phase consisted of providing cooling to the power supply room for the critical server room. Using Daikin floor mounted cooling units on a duty rotate, lead lag setup the system was successfully installed and commissioned and integrated into the Trend BMS system.

Phase 2

The second phase of the project involved new Daikin twin & single split systems being supplied and installed throughout the 8th floor office area. This helped control the temperature issues that had become problematic as the building had evolved over the years.

Results:

The project was completed and successfully handed over in a 6 week period and with a value of £95,000.
